I could not sleep, but I wasn’t quite awake as I lay in the shade looking at the pool - deep and dark green under the trees, brown-green if it had rained, but a bright sparkling green in the sun. sweet morning
The fire alarm goes off at about 10:00 this morning. I’m in my room. I think, oh right, they are testing the fire alarms today, and the next two days. It didn’t occur to me why they were doing it so early. It’s been going off for a while and I start to hear some people outside my room. I look outside, look at two fully dressed fire men and another guy in some sort of fire...

Vigor grows through those wounds they left behind
And I won’t use my hands to shield my eyes
If you promise not to grin if I go blind

A backwards world of pain. Who will crumble and who will remain sane? In a world where commerce dresses up rebellion, we can all protest in our favourite clothes, against the very ones whom we purchase....
This is the real deal.
“In terms of copyright and ownership issues, Web 2.0 opened Pandora’s box. Critical voices have called Web 2.0 participation absent any guiding authority or adherence to rules chaos (theory) in action. Anyone able to type and with access to the Web can participate: as reader, producer, buyer, seller, player, gangster, or LOLcat. ” - research paper I’m looking at for anthro.

Studio B for the morning. A little rusty in Protools, but I like it so much better for editing.
